Tom Groeniger is a native of Columbus, Ohio with a BS in Business Administration from OSU. He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, a professonal designation from the Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Tom Groeniger lives in Powell, Ohio. Tom provides the expertise and knowledge our clients need to secure and manage their group health and welfare programs. As a licensed securities representative, he also provides investment product for qualified retirement plans and 403b plans.
Tom has over 25 years experience in the design, implementation and operation of employee benefit plans. He has experience as a manager of plans from the employer perspective, and as a consultant of employers seeking benefit plan "hands on" expertise.
The key asset Tom & SHK utilize for clients is the coordination of all aspects of risk whether it be workers' comp, HR issues, group benefits, payroll, 401(k), commercial insurance, etc.
Tom is active in the community as a member of the Dublin AM Rotary Club and the Dublin Community Church.
